Mariachi Los Camperos

The Grammy-winning ensemble Mariachi Los Camperos is among the most important groups in the modern mariachi tradition. The group was founded in 1961 by Jose Natividad “Nati” Cano Ruiz, who helped popularize mariachi music in the United States. He presented Los Camperos at theaters, opera houses, and concert halls where
